The Alpha Student offers students a quiet and studious environment, dedicated to students and keeping their well-being in the forefront while providing additional options for making your stay better.

All utilities (water, electricity, uncapped internet) are included in the rental (subject to reasonable use!). High security with a 24-hour security guard, access control, CCTV.

Students can also enjoy the entertainment area, dedicated study area, dining areas, modern shared kitchens and secure vehicle parking (extra R550 per month).  Laundry services are also available on site.

Rooms are fully equipped with custom-designed extra length ¾ beds with storage, desks, chairs, built-in cupboards, breakfast bars, study lamps, fridge/freezers (some rooms).
