1. I/We the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as ‘the tenant’), hereby warrant that the information contained in this application is true and correct.

3. The applicant agrees to pay a non-refundable administration fee in the event of this application being accepted by the landlord.
4. The account holder as per credit information furnished hereby gives The Alpha Student consent to do a creditworthiness evaluation.
